  • Create upgrade list of what you have done to improve home in past 5 years

  • Install Supra key onto your door with the expected security tied to my e-mail and recorded in the system
  • Place sign in yard or window (large signs for acreage properites)
  • Coming Soon Marketing (includes mailers and Zillow listing)

  • Gather accurate information: association fees, loan types, etc.
  • Consider verbiage reflecting what your home offers that matches the current buyer interest and upload this to your MLS listing.
